• Drive to Punakha
• Semtokha Dzong, the oldest monastery fortress of Bhutan.
• Dochula Pass (3,150m), provides a breathtaking view of the Himalayas including an unclimbed mountain of Bhutan.
• Valley’s, farms and villages of Wangdi and Punakha district.
• Chimi Lhakhang – the only Temple of Fertility in Bhutan
• Punakha Dzong – the most magnificent and ancient capital of Bhutan.
• The ruins of Wangdue monastery-fortress which is under construction
• Dinner and overnight stay at Punakha Hotel

• Drive through forests to Trongsa
• Spot rare birds, animals, and beautiful alpine flowers.
• Pelela pass (4.000m), the Black Mountain range, and hamlets along the way.
• Beautiful villages and 18th-century stupa at Chendebji.

• Drive back to Punakha
• The drive takes 7 to 8 hours

• Stop, depending on the clarity of stop points photography

• Drive back to Paro
• Lunch at Paro
• Rinpung Dzong – Fortress on a Heap of Jewels built in the 17th century
• National Museum, the watch tower of Bhutan in 17th and 18th
• 7th century Kyichu Temple, the oldest temple in the western part of Bhutan.
• The ruins of Drugyal Dzong, which is under construction

• Today, hike to Taktshang (Tiger’s Lair) Monastery – its religious significance and architectural wonder in Bhutan.
• The hike takes around 3 hours to climb up through zig zig trails
• Then, it takes 2 hours to descend down
• Last day shopping and photography around Paro town
